Originally created to serve as the parent company and umbrella for its subsidiaries, Turtlegrass has grown to provide comprehensive consultation and management services across multiple industries, including transportation, construction, manufacturing, and project management.
We also specialize in vehicle services and compliance schedules for everything that flies (FAA Commercial Pilot certified), floats, or rolls.

Storage Price List
Effective January 1, 2026
• Trailer only – Jet Ski (single or double): $100.00 monthly
• Trailer only – Under 20 feet: $125.00 monthly
• Trailer only – 20 to 30 feet: $150.00 monthly
• Catamaran Trailers: $250.00 monthly
• Temporary Boat & Trailer: $250.00 monthly
• Oversized Trailers: $300.00 and up monthly

All rates are subject to 7% sales tax and a 0.4% credit card processing fee.
Billing is sent via email. First month is due in advance.
We do not store RVs, enclosed utility trailers, cars, or trucks.
Please note: We’re not a 24/7 storage lot. Our service is designed for customers seeking reliable long-term storage with occasional access. Please call ahead — our hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. An alarm system monitors the property after hours.
